MOS is a tasks and objectives management web app. This was an internal project while working for Trencadis. The purpose of MOS was to help us better manage our tasks and objectives and also a way to know who's working on what.
Access to the entire platform is possible only for registered users. Each user account must be approved by platform's admin/master account. This account is reserved for project managers or general manager.
This is where the user sees a detailed summary of the daily activity. Tasks and objectives can be added by the user or by the direct manager of each user. The left side of the web app is reserved for the navigation. The header contains all the buttons and links. These change based on what category is clicked on the left side.

Users are allowed to modify the role only for the users under his/hers hierarchy. Master admin has full rights and can modify the role of all users. "Master admin" is appointed by the General Manager of the company.
The complete list of objectives and tasks attributed to a user. Objectives and tasks can be added by the user or by the manager of his department. Based on the roles a user can Add, Modify or Delete tasks and Objective.
The complete details and status of each objective or task.
Messages can be connected to Objectives and Tasks or can be general. The Messages section is used only for internal messaging. Meaning that a user cannot send an email to an external email address.
